Throw back to 2002 and a Railway Cottage!

Having over 35 years experience in Architecture, each and every project that I've worked on I'm very proud off and this one is no exception.

This one, a replacement dwelling 20 years ago this month was my first ever private commission, a former railway cottage in Ballyclare. Yes I did meet real life "Railway Children" all grown up and needing the original signalman's cottage demolished and re-built.

A great story and a very happy ending. When I was asked to help the steam trains had long gone and the branch line to Ballyclare closed but the Grandparent's remained and loved their new Cottage.
