Take a look at this project: three extensions to a traditional bungalow in Bangor, County Down. A front, rear, and attic conversion. This will truly be a transformation. Originally a traditional three-bedroom bungalow, this home will now become a superb and spacious five-bedroom family residence.

The proposals include the following:

  • Driveway modifications to add an extra parking space.

  • A new study at the front of the home, next to the entrance hall.

  • Open plan kitchen and dining area.

  • New staircase to the first floor.

  • New family room with an inglenook fireplace, full-height glazing, Velux rooflights, and a mezzanine floor above.

  • Sauna

  • Garden room

  • Two bedrooms retained.

  • Sheltered canopy outside the rear porch.

  • External WC

First Floor:

  • Attic conversion

  • Three new bedrooms, with the master having access to a balcony.

  • New bathroom

  • New shower room.

  • Second study with access to a mezzanine floor over the family room below.
