The bungalow was also lovely inside but certainly not making the most of the sea views and my client asked for many changes to be made, changes that would greatly improve this dwelling for their family.

Can you spot the difference between the existing and proposed Plans & Elevations?

Quite a few changes indeed but what a difference they will make:

1. New Entrance Hall / Cloakroom with natural light through a Velux Sunpipe

2. Kitchen renewed and extended to provide additional units & full height cupboards

3. Dining Area extended and full sea views gained by the provision of new floor to ceiling insulated glazing

4. Living Room widened / extended with new bay window, floor to ceiling insulated glazing and superb sea views beside a new solid fuel stove.

5. Pocket / hideaway sliding door between Living Room & Dining installed to provide that open-plan feeling when required

6. Additional WC / Shower room added with natural light through a Velux Sunpipe

7. New staircase installed in Hall to provide easy access to Attic storage
