I am thrilled to share that both planning permission and building control approval have been granted for this single-storey rear extension in Moneyreagh.
The next stage is to begin construction on site and bring my designs to life, which is always exciting.
My clients' wish list included the following:
Remove the existing rear return and extend to the back.
Create an open-plan Kitchen, Dining, and Family Room.
Maximize natural light in the new Family Room.
