Really pleased to say that Planning and Building Control Approvals have been granted for this extension along Godfrey Avenue in Ballyholme.

This project an extension and alterations to provide a downstairs WC / Shower, storage space and open plan Kitchen / Dining / Sitting Room with full height glazing to maximise the views and access out to the gardens.
