I'm pleased with this new scheme in Lisburn and what a difference the changes will make to this dwelling!

Extension and alterations to the existing will include the following:

• Large and spacious open plan Kitchen / Family Room.

• Wide sliding door and sidelights to maximise views / access to the gardens.

• 2no. new "Vario by Velux" rooflights to flood the Kitchen with natural daylight.

• Provision of a separate Utility Room with easy side access to bins.

• 2no. new downstairs double bedrooms, both en-suite with walk-in wardrobes.

• Sliding doors in each new Bedroom to provide lots of natural daylight and views over the gardens.

The scheme will begin on site soon, Planning Permission and Building Control Approvals granted, exciting!
