Glazed Apex Extension. Planning Permission Granted! 🎉

I'm delighted to share the good news that Planning Permission has been granted, and a Building Control Application has been lodged in Ards and North Down Borough Council.

I'm now looking forward to seeing this project begin on-site and my drawings becoming reality... Watch this space! 😊 Such an improvement these changes will make to this bungalow in Donaghadee.

Construction drawings (together with a detailed specification booklet) are important, not only to obtain Building Control approval but also to instruct a builder what is expected on site. They provide a comprehensive set of instructions to ensure the quality of the build.
