Creating an Open Plan Family Room.

An extension is not always required to improve a home and here's a perfect example.

By taking down internal walls this can make all the difference and when my clients asked for an open plan family room these proposals are just what they asked for.

Two internal walls removed to provide an open plan Kitchen, Dining and Sitting Room.

Also provided large sliding doors, fully glazed to access the gardens.

Such a difference these changes will make to this Bungalow in Donaghadee.

Check out the existing and proposed, hope you like the changes as much as we do.

A new wide, fully glazed sliding door also incorporated into the alterations.

Walls removed internally, steel beams incorporated to support the existing structure. Now a great open plan Family Room.

If you would like to discuss how we can improve your home please get in touch, I would be more than happy to offer my advice, no obligation. Glenn
