I'm very pleased with my latest scheme and so are my client's which is more important.

Two Storey Side Extension | Detached Dwelling | Chartered Practice
Work has begun on site and structure at wall-plate level (April 22)

My client's brief / wish-list was as follows:


Ground Floor

  • Demolish existing attached Garage

  • Build a new two storey side extension

  • Knock through existing walls to create an open plan room

  • Relocate kitchen / easy access door to the back garden.

  • Store under the stairs converted into a WC with wash hand basin.

First Floor

  • Increase size of the two existing bedrooms by extending into extension.

  • Bathroom - remove partition walls to create one large bathroom.

Planning Permission granted within four weeks and now to get started on site!
