Haven't we all thought about extending our home, making improvements or even building a new home?
Firstly though there's a lot of effort and time before we can sit back and enjoy our new space, there's the designs to get right, going through the process of obtaining Planning Permission, Building Control Approval, appointing a builder then trying to wait patiently before completion.
Just imagine if we had enough "cash to splash" to buy our dream home and simply just move in!
